My village Raithal is today’s favorite place for trekking enthusiasts, nearly a million people reach Raithal every year for Dayara Bugyal. It was ten years ago on this day when Anshul and I delivered the first group of Raithal, there was no sound of tourists, tracker in Raithal. In these ten years Manoj Rana organized Butter Festival to give Dayara Bugyal a complete identity on the country and world map before late Chandan Singh Rana sweated a lot for two decades to make Raithal and Dayara Bugyal a major tourism centre Bahaya.
Raithal has become the premier tourism center across the state today, for this, the hard work of the people of Raithal can not be denied the blood and sweat of late Chandan Singh Rana and Manoj Rana. Anshul and I brought the first tourist group here about ten years ago and the same group was the first experiment of work in our tourism field. In these ten years, we both have brought thousands of people to different areas of the state for tracking but today when we were thinking about completing ten years in tourism work, then today Dayara went on track. Destination was not Dayara Bugyal but Dayara Bugyal’s first camp was Goi. Due to global warming, the snowfall has reached a lowest level in winter but luckily there is snow in Goi and the accommodation is fine.
Thus it has been more than three decades of travelling on Dayara track but it has been a whole decade since the idea of making this route as a livelihood but surprisingly ten years ago when me and Anshul were the first When groups were brought, did not know in the next decade, more than one crore people would have been trapped on this track route. Every district of the mountain has this kind of Bugyal, this kind of track route on the hard work done by the people of Raithal, late Chandan Singh Rana and current youth leader Manoj Rana have done this dayara from those hundreds of people of the state involved in Bugyal Not a new identity but a big population has been given a chance to make it self-sufficient.
Many thanks to Late Chandan Singh Rana ji and Chairman of Dayara Tourism Utsav Committee Manoj Rana ji for every tourist coming to Dayara and every penny coming through tourists movement in Raithal village, tourism work started ten years ago today Whatever the result but me and all the people are very happy to see Dayara and Raithal flourishing.
